Cochise Harm Reduction has completed a capital campaign to purchase a commercial building on Bisbee Road in the Warren District, establishing a permanent headquarters for the organization. The new space will support expanded harm-reduction services, including private offices, a larger supply warehouse, mobile services, and future community programming.
The campaign raised more than $80,000 from donors, grantmakers, and community members, helping cover the $75,000 down payment and closing costs. Campaign supporters included Arizona Complete Health, NASTAD, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, the Bisbee Foundation, Legacy Foundation of Southeast Arizona, and Women and Children Hope Foundation. Western Bank provided the commercial loan, and CHR will celebrate with a community open house and fundraiser in December. Community members are encouraged to watch for event details and new ways to support the young organization, as it embarks on this exciting new chapter and the possibilities that come with building ownership.
